Laura + Shane (e.session)
This picture was taken with my cousin, Heather Tekell's 100mm 2.8. She is letting me borrow it for my weddings this week and hopefully next week. Yee-hoo!
We started our session at the Tropical Shaved Ice place, which is kind of like Bahama Buck's in Lubbock. Engagement sessions are always so fun. Shane was a little shy, but you could tell he was secretively enjoying it. I am also photographing their wedding. I love meeting the couple and doing engagement sessions before the wedding. It helps all of us feel more comfortable around each other for the big day.
Thanks Laura and Shane for being open to different ideas and Laura for running in your heels to get my "idea picture".

Wow Cristy!! I LOVE reading your blog! Thanks Becca. And yes it has been a while. I hope you are having a great summer. I will be in Albq photographing a wedding in August. Maybe we'll get to visit hoffmantown while we are there.
