Spotlight of the Month

The reason i think this person should be in the spotlight is because despite some of her circumstances she always is thinking of others and how to make their lives better. she is far more mature in her Walk then i was at that age, and i admire her for that. she doesn't give into peer pressure or the worldly views that she often times finds herself surrounded by at school. she continues to be a light wherever she goes and is a strong leader in the youth group. her laughter is contagious...it's one of those laughs that even when you think you are having one of the worst days of your life when you hear it, you can't help but smile and maybe even giggle a little to yourself. and even better than her laugh is her spirit...she lights up a room when she walks in it. she is 18 years old and a senior at CHS. She sings in the choir at the high school, leads a huddle group for the yucca FCA, was in fiddler on the roof, loves to attend CHS games and cheer on her classmates and is active in Central's youth group. One of her favorite things to do is sing!!! She loves her family and friends more than life itself, especially her sister Amy. She is ALWAYS up for an adventure and loves to do fun pranks!!!! she is one of the sweetest and caring people i know....her name is Emily Rogers.
